This full, digitally drawn print is tailored for a made-up project for Cerutti. It is an exploration of some print inspirations from the mirror sculpture artwork by Michelangelo Pistoletto, an Italian artist who was a pioneer of the Arte Povera movement and has the same Piemontese roots as Cerruti.

Digital sketch - reinterpretation of Michelangelo Pistoletto's mirror artwork

The general idea of this collection is to explore and challenge the relationship between relaxed tailoring products and the wearer. Since its early years, the core value of Cerruti has been to create comfortable tailoring for its clients, yet the message got lost in translation through time because people’s perception of relaxed tailoring changed, especially during the pandemic and post-pandemic periods.
